That sure is a real fine looking home. Sure does have lots of room. And it's only $155,000 that is unbelievable. If I was to live in a location like the Woodlands. I'd sure want a home like this one. I know our kitty cat would like those floors in the home. She likes to go runny and slide on the wood floors.

Wow! A mere $155,000 to live in The Woodlands. That's almost enough to entice this Native Texan to head on home. Have they been able to do anything about the mosquitoes and humidity, though? LOL
Marchel, That is an awfully big home for that kind of money....it's just lovely! And spacious, I'm surprised at the low price. I doubt it will be around very long at all!

JENNIFER, It is a lovely setting. The Woodlands has wonderful parks and trails.
TREY, We backed up to a little lake for 2 1/2 years and loved it. The only problem was it was in North Carolina which was so far from our western roots.
DALE, It is a very nice home. Our dogs have always liked sliding on the floor but our cats have not paid much attention to the floors.
WILLIAM, They just put carpet in on Friday. The carpet was in poor shape but not any longer.
DAVID, It is nice and in a dynamite location.
KAREN ANNE, It could be a Ryland. I know that they are one of the builders that build in The Woodlands but at this point we don't know who the builder is.
RUSSELL, You can still get a lot of house for the money in our area. We still do have that humidity though. I don't notice the mosquitoes (except at dusk).
CAROLE, Our prices are still very reasonable. I have a friend who lives in Dix Hills and I know she is always amazed at our prices.

The wood floors in this home look beautiful Marchel! I also like the exerior landscaping. I would love to live near a park like that!!
