In preperatin for your July 4th weekend come to the Lone Star Expo Center at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds in Conroe TX. In Celebration of our Independence and to maintain our independence the tea party is taking place from 5:00 to 9:00 PM but you may come and go at any time during that time period.
It will be again be a peaceful gathering to unite our voices and express our love for this great nation we live in and the principles it was founded on. You won't want to miss hearing Joe "the Plumber"Wurzelbacher and our own Jim "Mattress Mac" McIngvale.

Marchel - sounds like a great way to kick in the Independance Day weekend. Perhaps we need more of these around the country to remind us what our forefathers were all about.
We will be having one in southern Idaho as well. Keep it up.
Marchel, This is interesting, I haven't heard of events just like this one. I hope there is a good turnout.
Marchel, there some "Tea Parties" around here earlier this year, but I have not heard of any planned for the 4th of July. I should probably Google it to see if there are any.

MIKE, I think they are taking place around a good portion of the country again. We decided to have ours a few days early so people could actually spend the 4th doing their family celebrations.
KEVIN, I hope they are taking place all around the USA again. I have not heard as much about them this time though.
CAROLE, The first one was on tax day; this will be the second and I think the third one is being planned on September 12th but I'm not sure about that date.
GEORGE, There are 3 that I know of taking place here in the Houston area.

Marchel Ours was not well attended and I don't believe we have one in the near future. I think we lack the grass roots organization to give it "spark"

Marchel- I can't wait til July 4th, we are having another in West Palm Beach. We need to get the word out to make the July Independence Day tea parties the biggest ever!

Yours if the first follow-up tea party I've heard about, but considering that you're in Texas and probably extremely pro-Bush and anti-Obama, it's not surprising that you're keeping it up. Good for you!
KAREN, We are planning on having 10 by 2010. I believe the next one is on September 12th.
STEVE, We have three going on in our area that I know. Some of the smaller ones combined with ours which makes sense being in the same general area. The other two are in Houston and Katy.
NESTOR & KATERINA, These don't seem to be getting as much national exposure as I know of quite a few that are taking place. We have three going on in our area. Ours is on the evening of July 2nd, Houston's is the evening of July 3rd and Katy's is July 4th. That should be something for everyone although they are not close but within an hour or two.
MIKE, With this cap and trades going on you are not kidding.
JIM, I am a conservative and I did like many things that Bush did. I have to be honest though there were a lot of his policies that I did not like and I was quite vocal about it. Conservatives in general were not happy with his Illegal alien policies. They were also not happy with him starting that first stimulus bill. My problems with Obama has everything to do with how he is quickly taking our country towards socialism. It has NOT worked in Europe so it is amazing to me that they are trying to get it to work here.
