I like it when you have a variety of prices in one sub. That's make it more "real".

These homes are on at least 1 acre but can go up to 17 acres; so that makes for a big difference in prices of homes.  It is a wonderful country subdivison!!

Indigo Lake Estate sounds wonderful.  A good community is one with diversity in the home prices yet everyone has access to great amenities.

A 17 acre lot? Is that considered a Texas Ranch? Probably not, huh? They make everything bigger in Texas and I'm sure that applies to Spring, Texas, too!

Mary -  Thanks!!  I have to give credit however to Paula Henry as she set the foremat up.  I just took the ball, with her permission and ran with it.

Paula - A 17 acre lot is big even for this area.  You have to go to Magnolia to find anything like that, which is just to the north of Spring and then they are few and far between.  Most of the homes in Indigo Lake Estates have anywhere from 1 to 3 acre lots but according to their community information some are as big as 17 acres.

Marchel, Nice post with a lot of information.  The Lake sites look great, wish I were retiring, and had all else that goes with it....LOL
