Nice listing Marchel...and you did an awesome job with the video and the pictures.  Can't believe something like this is less than $150,000...can't even buy a 2 bedroom condo for that price here.

Jennifer, we have lots of open floor plans here but most of the houses in our area were built after the 1980's and that is when the open floor plans became popular.

Thanks Mary, that was my first time to use the flyer on the real estate show.  I also like the way it turned out.  You still get a lot of house for the money in our area.

Missy, Learning curve time.  I just found out if you see an error you need to go over to the real estate show to correct it or everything gets messed up.  I had misspelled update and tried to correct it.  It is correct now but I had to go over and make the correction then cut and paste the correct HTML.

Your home prices in Spring Texas are so reasonable.  That is a great looking home for under $150,000.  Great job on the virtual tour.

Thanks Rita, You still get a lot for your money in our area.  We do have fairly high property taxes though, but no state income tax.
