Realtor's were allowed a sneak peak at the homes featured in Carlton Woods Creekside Showcase of homes in The Woodlands.  If you want a glimpse into the luxury and lifestyle at Carlton Woods Creekside now is the time!  The Showcase takes place Sat. Oct 13th to Sunday Oct. 28th from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Admission is reasonable at $5 for adults and children 12 and under are free.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit Interfaith of the Woodlands and New Danville.

You can tour 7 furnished and decorated estate homes. The homes are spread out through Carlton Woods Creekside; there is a shuttle to take you from house to house. You will want to wear some good walking shoes and allow plenty of time to go through the homes. No food or drink or back packs are allowed in the homes. Ladies don't wear your high heeled shoes as no heels are allowed either.

Carlton Woods Creekside is located in The Woodlands in Harris County off Kuykendahl. If you are coming from Houston drive North on Kuykendahl almost to the County line and you will see it on your right. If you are coming from The Woodlands Montgomery County you will cross the bridge on Kuykendahl and see Carlton Woods Creekside on your left.

Marchel- This is such a beautiful subdivision.  You have such a variety in inventory in your market place.  I hope people take the opportunity to look at these homes.

Jennifer, We do have a very diverse market.  Anywhere from $100,000 to 2.8 million.  The weather is BEAUTIFUL so I expect they will have a big turn out!

Teri, before moving here I had no idea how pretty the area was.  We have lot of trees and it is very sub tropical.  Plants grow in the ground here that I thought were only indoor plants (lol).

Those are some impressive homes.  The trees and the plantings at the entrance make the Woodlands look like a very nice community.

Incredible homes Marchel! I wont show my husband he will be quite envious. He loves this style of house but it is a bit out of our price range ...lol. Great local post, the pictures are wonderful.
