Results Realty Buzz: Wimbledon Falls to the east of Tomball TX

Informing you on the Real Estate Market in Spring Texas and the surrounding areas and other interesting tid bits!

Wimbledon Falls to the east of Tomball TX

Wimbledon Falls is located in Northwest Harris County off of Kukendahl.  The community is small and designed around water and all the towering pines and hardwoods that abound in the area.  The subdivision boast a scenic waterfall, walking trails greenbelts and a reservoir.  The clubhouse has a room that can be used for private parties, a beautifully equipped work out room and a community pool.  These are all amenities that are normally found in much larger communities.

The falls are a wonderful place to relax.  The day I was there taking pictures someone was doing a photo-shoot.  I was dodging them as I was wanting pictures of the falls and he was taking a photo-shoot of the gal around the falls.

Homes are priced between $170,000 to $300,000.  The builders are Imperial Homes, Gehan Homes and Plantation Homes.  Wimbledon Falls is a fairly recent subdividing just a few years old.  It is unusual to find a newer subdivision that is still keeping trees; most of the newer subdivisions have started clear cutting.

Nice Marchel...I never realized until I started reading your blogs that the Houston area was so picturesque...this area looks beautiful!

Mary, we could have saved a move had we came here to visit years ago.  I always though Houston was a big dirty city; wow was I ever wrong.

Nice pictures, Marchel.  It's nice to hear that that Wimbelton Falls is keeping trees - nothing looks more bleak than a house surrounded by...nothing.

Jennifer, that waterfall is gorgeous.  It was a nice place for a photo shoot.  This looked like a professional photo shoot also.  It looked like those type of photo shoots you see when you are walking around New York City.

Diane, Thanks!  It was kind of a cloudy day so I was not sure how the pictures would turn out but hey if they can do a photoshoot on a cloudy day; then I can take a picture of a water fall.

Karen, so few of our newer subdivisions are keeping trees so it is nice when a subdivision does.  There was one subdivision in particular that I remember clear cutting these beautiful huge oak trees; it was all I could do not to go and throw myself in front of the tractor.

Very eye catching photos, most especially of the recreational area. Well done here yet again! I am always pleased with the subdivisions you choose to promote.

Robert, our market is still fairly good.  I guess we really didn't have a bubble to burst.  I love the variety of architecture around our area.  There is something for everyone.

Lacey, it really helps having such pretty subdivisons to photograph.  I love the falls in Wimbledon Falls.

Marchel, I keep coming back to your blogs because you are truly an amazing blogger.  The photos are magnificient.  You are fortunate you live near these beautiful subdivisons.  They are beautiful.  Great photographer.

Marchel,

Nice neighborhood.  I agree with Karen - I like it when subdivisions do the extra work to keep the trees.  It always amazes me when they clear cut them all and the new buyers spend big money planting new trees.

Kay, Thank you so much!! It has been a really long day and your "warm fuzzies" mean a lot.  I am a very amateur photographer so really do appreciate your comment.  It helps to have such beautiful subdivisions to photograph.

Rita, we have so much clear cutting going on here, it almost makes me want to cry.  I just REALLY LOVE TREES; so it is a breathe of fresh air when a subdivision keeps their trees.

Candy, thank you!  Should you have someone looking up north for a new home Wimbledon Falls is a very nice subdivision; their amenities are comparable to much larger subdivisions.
