Nice job presenting this listing.  I like the gazebo on the back deck and those hardwood floors.  Your tour made me miss the whirlpool tub we had in our last house.  Good luck with this one.

Jennifer, we don't have a lot of staging in our area yet.  It does however appear to be the new thing.

Rita, this one has a wonderful whirlpool. I know lots of people say they don't use their whirlpool but I love having one.

Shellee, thanks. It is nice when the house has nice curb appeal, front and back. 

Robert, there is a bit of a learning curve with the real estate shows, but overall they are easy.  Especially after you get past the first one.

Karen, thanks!  I'm having to learn to keep my hands off the post once it is done.  If I change anything it messes up the HTML from the real estate show.  I had to re-enter it this evening.  I am learning though.  I do love the flyer function on the real estate show.
