I like your market report Marchel.  I agree The Preserve looks like a nice area.  I especially like the average DOM and price per square foot.

Candy, the Preserve is a nice subdivision.  I really do like the feel of these smaller subdivisions.

Teri, since the Preserve is a relatively small subdivision not many homes come on the market and as it is pretty much built out they are also selling fairly quick.  Thanks for stopping by.

Marchel:  That looks so nice.  That's a great thing about small subdivisions.  When the supply is low and the demand is there... what a great combination.  Good for you.  Thanks for sharing...

Marchel:  I kind of hate to admit it, but some of your areas in Spring are so gorgeous... they totally win out over Fort Worth.  Just so beautiful... thanks again for sharing.  Someday I'll have to come and visit.  It's only about a four hour drive, I would bet.  Take care...

Karen Anne, I am honored that you went back through my old post.  We do have a beautiful area here in Spring.  Before we moved here I always thought of Houston as a big city with refinery's' and we do have plenty of refinery's' on the way to the bay but our Spring area is heavily treed with lots of hardwood and pine trees which makes for a pretty area.

From where we live here in Spring it would take us 4 hours to get to UNT to visit our daughter when she was going there; that is if we drove straight through.
