Marchel another great market report.  You gave some information about the community then shared the real estate activity.  This is useful to both buyers and sellers.

Julie,  I have been experimenting on format.  I do think I finally have come up with one that I like.

Cynthia, I need to get these on a regular schedule for updating.  I have been sporadic to this point but read a wonderfuly post by Ryan Hukill about what do you have planned for localism so have made it a goal to do at least a couple a week. Truth be told I did three so I could remember the process I used.

I love the bordered tables to present the information Marchel. Very classy. The photo of the walking trail looks inviting too.

Looks like a neat little community to be a part of. I don't go in for golf, but the walking trail looks very nice indeed!

Marchel, this is a really great presentation when you're doing market information.  Windrose sounds like a wonderful community, and you made it come alive.

I am a little confused by the "max" number sq ft 2811? on active listings.  I don't think that's right.

Anyway, I live in Windrose and am on the board of directors.  We are very proud of the community here and trying to also influence the surrounding communities. We are not an island.  To the North we have Springbrook and to the south we have Senterra Lakes, Bridgestone West, and Spring Creek Oaks.   Windrose is the premier community in the area and our influence as far as amenities, walking trails, parks, lakes, etc. pushes the other communities around us to keep pace.

We are in the process of evaluating our Master Plan for our community.  The board has some exciting possibilities we are examining to improve an already great neighborhood.  Connectivity seems to be the theme.  We are looking at improving and adding even more walking, running, and biking trails in the community.  A coordinated effort between the community associations, county, and MUD districts improves our whole area.
