Robert, Windrose is a wonderful neighborhood with lots to offer the people who live there.
Kimberly, Thanks! This is the first time I have used this format so that is great to hear.
I am a little confused by the "max" number sq ft 2811? on active listings. I don't think that's right.
Anyway, I live in Windrose and am on the board of directors. We are very proud of the community here and trying to also influence the surrounding communities. We are not an island. To the North we have Springbrook and to the south we have Senterra Lakes, Bridgestone West, and Spring Creek Oaks. Windrose is the premier community in the area and our influence as far as amenities, walking trails, parks, lakes, etc. pushes the other communities around us to keep pace.
We are in the process of evaluating our Master Plan for our community. The board has some exciting possibilities we are examining to improve an already great neighborhood. Connectivity seems to be the theme. We are looking at improving and adding even more walking, running, and biking trails in the community. A coordinated effort between the community associations, county, and MUD districts improves our whole area.
