Thesa, this is a wonderful house and I love the community.  Well I live in the community and I REALLY do love it.  We are accessible to all the amenities of The Woodlands but for not nearly the price you pay to live in The Woodlands.

Our house is really kind of big now that the kids are gone but we love the community and neighbors so much that we are staying.

Cynthia:  It is a LOT of house for the money and with a pool also!!  I love the location.  It is down a cul-de-sac street and in a very quiet community.  To get to the community you have to drive a mile off of a main road so it is really quiet.

Jennifer, Thanks!  My wording came from a book called "Real Estate Advertising Made Easy".  I picked up the book to help me with my wording and it landed open at Suburbia with that wording; it was perfect.  I have been going to write a book review on that book and just need to find the time to do it.

Julie, the presentation is the flyer on the real estate show.  I don't use many flyers in homes anymore as I found most people were not taking them as they already had all the pictures from the internet.  When I do need a flyer this one is working well and it is also good for posting on the internet as I just cut and copy the HTML.
