Hi Marchel:  What an incredible value !  I think you've got Fort Worth beat on this one.  Who is the builder ?  But... I could never buy this home myself.  You mentioned it has Cat 6 wiring, but I only have one cat !  I am so disappointed.  Great pictures, Marchel, and I loved the music on the video.  Thanks for sharing.

Ginger, we do still have affordable housing in the Houston area. I always think of us as the tortoise when it comes to housing.  We have slow progressive growth but it has made our housing still affordable; which is GREAT for a first time home buyer.

Monika, we do have some great prices in our area.  Our area was hugely affected by the oil bust back in the late 1980's and since then has never had the huge gains like the rest of the country; which is working to our advantage now.

Julie, Thanks!  Thanks on the compliment on my picture; I knew I needed to update it but getting my picture taken is not up there with things I like to do.  Thank God for digital cameras.  I went through a lot of goofy smiles to find one that wasn't.
