Londonderry in Spring TX

 

Londonderry is located in Spring TX; off of Kuykendahl just south of the Woodlands in Harris County. The homes were built in the late 1970's and 1980's and then there are also sections that were built in the late 1990's and early 2000's. With around 450 homes in the subdivision there is a wide range of architecture.

Most of the subdivisioLondonderry Swimmin pool home of the Londonderry Lightening Bolt swim teamn is heavily wooded with towering pines and large hardwoods. Recent sale prices range from the low 90's to over $160,000. Square footage ranges from 1500 up to 3000 square feet. The subdivision is in the highly acclaimed Klein Independent School District.

The subdivision has some great amenities. There is a community center with an Olympic size swimming pool, playground, tennis courts and a small pond behind the clubhouse. This is home to the Londonderry Lightening Bolt swim team. They are the 2007 C-5 Division Champions.

Marchel - The prices in your neck of the woods never cease to amaze me. Homes would be flying off the market if we had such prices. Nice job with promoting the area.

Judy, Thanks!  Normally you are not going to find a house for $69,900 in this subdivision.  It must have been a foreclosure in major need of work. Londonderry is a wonderful subdivison with a wide variety of prices and housing. Plus great schools!!

Julie, I reallly love trees and we have LOTS of them which always helps the pictures.  Before moving here I always thought of Texas as flat with no trees which that is here also we just happen to live in an area where we have lots of trees. You still can get a lot of house for the money here also.
