Marchel a visual can make such a big difference.  These photos give a good picture of the subdivision.

Hi Marchel... These are GREAT looking houses and the price point seems very reasonable.  I agree with Jennifer... the visuals in this post make such an impact.

Marchel,  I am always taken back by the great prices I see on the homes you show in your area.  The pine trees are so beautiful too, it makes me think living there would be very nice, even though I love the Hill Country so.

JENNIFER,  Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.

TERI, I live very close to Traditions and have always liked the subdivision.

BILL, Thanks!  This general report about a subdivision is my favorite to write.

RUSSELL, Prior to moving to Spring I had always thought of Houston as a big city with lots of oil refineries.  There are lots of refineries but they are farther south; here in the Spring area we have lots of trees as you can tell.

STEVE, Thanks!  I think the pictures help to know more about the community also.

RICKI, I wish you had our prices in your Hill country.  I would be right over as I love the Hill county.

Wow, those are great prices, even compared to the adjusted market we have here.

Marchel,  Not only is it a great looking subdivision, but those prices are very attractive.  Excellent presentation as usual,  Karen

RICH, You still get a lot for your money in our area.  I guess that is why we have not been as affected by what is going on.  We never saw huge prices.

KAREN,  Thanks!  You can get a great buy in Traditions.
